Last year, lebua’s Chef Ryuki Kawasaki prepared special dishes for THAI Royal First and Royal Silk Passengers on flight TG 930 Bangkok-Paris in May 2018. This year, THAI partners with various Michelin-Starred Chefs to serve special inflight menu for passengers onboard all year round. Starting 1 May 2019, THAI Royal First and Royal Silk Classes passengers on outbound Bangkok-Paris flights will be treated with special inflight meals prepared by Michelin-Starred Chef Vincent Thierry from lebua’s Chef’s Table Restaurant. The menu varies every two months so that passengers can enjoy various world class special menus.
Lebua Hotels & Resorts is a 5-star luxury resorts, located on Silom Road. Opening this month, Chef’s Table Restaurant, where Chef Thierry will helm, is located on 61st floor of Tower Club at lebua.
